An original watercolour of a House, Restaurant or Guest

House costs around £80 total, including delivery - no VAT;

but prices vary according to your personal requirements.
 

Large properties with intricate architecture cost more.

I provide a written quotation, and non-returnable deposit

of 25% is required. Framing is available at extra cost.

29 x 21.6cm ( 11.5 x 8.5" ) on high quality 300gsm paper,

with cardboard mount 40 x32.6cm x3.5mm (15¾ x12 ¾").
